I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. This curriculum focused primarily on basic and advanced math courses. I used this knowledge in the technology and automotive industries, where I developed exceptional trouble-shooting skills. This, and my enjoyment of helping others led me to change course and go into the field of medicine.
I returned to college where I studied pre-med, which included extensive science courses, and then went on to graduate from medical school in December of 2015. Unfortunately, my experience in medicine was not as personalized as envisioned. Therefore, I decided to focus again on my love of math and science and use this passion to focus on the needs of each individual person.
That led to tutoring at both Sylvan Learning Center and Covert Educational Services where I excelled in personalizing the knowledge I learned to meet each student's learning style.
I look forward to working with my students until they are able to reach their personal math and science goals.
